When we accept your booking for a place on a training program that you will come to in person, this is confirmation that you have a reserved place. If you cancel your reservation at least two full weeks before the program starts we will refund 90% of your fee. (10% is a non-refundable booking charge). If you cancel between one and two weeks before the program starts, we will refund 50% of your fee. There will be no refund if you cancel less than one week before the program starts.
